Research Operator definition

Research Operator means an employee required to carry out environmental research, smelting research, mining research and milling research including reasonably complex mineral dressing tests without close supervision, and sample preparation.
Research Operator means a research entity eligible to receive a Research Grant for a Research Sub-project (as this term is hereinafter defined) prepared under Part C.3 of the Project, pursuant to the provisions of paragraphs E and F of Schedule 5 to this Agreement;
