Reserve Account Collateral definition

Reserve Account Collateral means the Issuer Account Collateral with respect to the Issuer Reserve Account.
Reserve Account Collateral has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.4(1).
Reserve Account Collateral is defined in Section 6.5.

Reserve Account Collateral has the meaning assigned in Section 15.5(1).
Reserve Account Collateral has the meaning assigned in Section 4.3(1). “Resolution Authority” means an EEA Resolution Authority or, with respect to any UK Financial Institution, a UK Resolution Authority. “Responsible Person” means, with respect to any Person, the chief financial officer or controller of such Person (or its parent company) or any other officer of such Person (or its parent company) reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent. “Restoration” means the repair and restoration of the Project after a Casualty or Condemnation to be at least equal in general utility and quality to the condition the Project was in immediately prior to such Casualty or Condemnation (subject to any restrictions on Borrower’s ability to do so imposed by any applicable law), with such alterations as may be approved by Administrative Agent (to the extent such approval is required under the terms of this Agreement), such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. “Restricted Account” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(1). “Restricted Account Agreement” means that certain Special Lockbox Deposit Agreement of even date herewith among Borrower, Administrative Agent and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company N.A. (or any successor Restricted Account Bank). “Restricted Account Bank” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(1). “Restricted Collateral” shall mean any Additional Collateral held by Administrative Agent pursuant to the terms of Section 3.2(a)(viii) which Borrower has elected to designate as “Restricted Collateral” in a Restricted Collateral Letter executed and delivered by Borrower to Administrative Agent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, no Restricted Collateral shall be released to Borrower until payment in full of the Indebtedness; provided, however, that Borrower shall have the right to direct Administrative Agent in writing to apply any cash held by Administrative Agent as Restricted Collateral to the 32

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax Account, the Insurance Account, the Replacement Reserve Account, the Immediate Repair Account, the Leasing Reserve Account, the Excess Cash Flow Account, the Operating Expense Account, the Ground Rent Account and any other escrow account established by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents (but specifically excluding the Cash Management Account, the Restricted Account and the Debt Service Account).

  • Reserve Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.07.
