RESERVED AREAS AND FACILITIES definition

RESERVED AREAS AND FACILITIES means such areas and/or facilities which may be reserved for use of certain Apartment or Apartments to the exclusion of the other Apartments more fully described in the “SCHEDULE E”. The Open/Covered/Multi-level car parking areas (Dependent /Independent) shall be part of Reserved Areas as well as the grant of exclusive right of use of demarcated space (if any) in any floor or a terrace appurtenant to any particular Flat of the Building to any Purchaser/Allottee(s) of the said Apartment plus any other Reserved Areas/Rights as defined herein.

RESERVED AREAS AND FACILITIES means such areas and/or facilities which may be reserved for use of certain Unit or Units to the exclusion of the other Units more fully described in the Schedule-E. The Open/Covered/ Multi-level car parking areas (Dependent/ Independent) shall be part of Reserved Areas as well as the grant of exclusive right of use of demarcated garden space in ground floor or a terrace appurtenant to any particular Flat or Building Block to any Allottee(s) of the said Flat plus the Reserved Areas/Rights as defined herein.

Related to RESERVED AREAS AND FACILITIES

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Limited common areas and facilities means those common areas and facilities

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Water System means the plants, structures and other

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
