Reserved Customers definition

Reserved Customers as used in this Agreement, means the persons and entities to whom the Distributor is NOT authorized to sell, and which Reserved Customer are reserved for Hologic or third party sales, as said Reserved Customers are described in Exhibit C which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Reserved Customers means the customers specified in the Commercial Terms (if applicable) and any other customer groups in respect of which the Supplier informs the Distributor in writing that it has reserved to itself, including for the avoidance of doubt, any direct-to-consumer sales, either through e-commerce channels or branded websites, or other distribution channels.
Reserved Customers means all of: (i) those customers or End User entities and/or customer or End User sectors or groups specified in the signature page to this Agreement, which comprise the customer groups or sectors in respect of which Xxxxx has appointed an exclusive distributor or has reserved to itself; and (ii) any other customer groups in respect of which Arqit informs Reseller by written notice that it has appointed or will appoint an exclusive Channel Partner or has reserved to itself; and (iii) any entity or person deemed in Arqit’s reasonable discretion as a competitor of Arqit. Services: means the Professional Services, Maintenance Services and any other Arqit branded services that Arqit makes available to End Users and that is listed on the Global Price List.

Examples of Reserved Customers in a sentence

  • The Distributor shall not make any active sales of the Products to customers (a) outside the Territory, (b) outside the Authorised Sales Channels, (c) in the Reserved Territories and (d) to Reserved Customers.

More Definitions of Reserved Customers

Reserved Customers. System upgrades for QDR systems that involve a trade-in of QDR or other Hologic equipment. United States Veterans Administration Hospitals and all other hospitals, clinics, offices and entities owned or administered by any agency of the United States Government.
