Reset Notes definition

Reset Notes means a Note on which interest is calculated at reset rates payable in arrear on a fixed date or dates in each year and/or at intervals of one, two, three, six or 12 months or at such other date or intervals as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant dealer(s) (as indicated in the relevant Final Terms);
Reset Notes means a Note on which interest is calculated at a fixed rate, which is reset by reference to a formula in respect of each successive Reset Period, payable in arrear on a fixed date or fixed dates in each year and on redemption or on such other dates as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms);
Reset Notes means the Company's 13.500% Senior Subordinated Reset Notes due 1997 issued under the Reset Indenture, the interest rate on which has been reset to 16 1/8%.

Examples of Reset Notes in a sentence

  • Fixed Rate Reset Notes will initially bear interest at the Initial Rate of Interest until (but excluding) the First Reset Date.

Reset Notes means the Company's 13.500% Senior Subordinated Reset Notes due 1997 (the interest rate on which has been reset to 16 1/8%) issued under an Indenture, dated as of April 1, 1988, among the Company (as successor to Brooke Partners L.P.) and Brooke Capital Corp., as Issuers, L Holdings Inc., as General Partner, and Shawmut Bank, N.A., as successor trustee to National Westminster Bank, USA, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Reset Notes means one or more notes in the form of Exhibit A hereto due December 31, 2009, dated the Reset Determination Date and in an aggregate principal amount at maturity equal to the future value on December 31, 2009 of the aggregate Reset Note Price which shall have been amortized through such date, such amount to be so amortized on a daily basis and compounded semi-annually on each January 1 and July 1 at the Reset Accretion Rate from the Reset Determination Date, until December 31, 2009 computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.

  • 2028 Notes means the Borrower’s $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount notes due June 13, 2028, issued in June 2023 and July 2023.
