Reset Rate Determination Date definition

Reset Rate Determination Date means the second London Banking Day immediately preceding the first day of each applicable interest period commencing on the first Floating Rate Interest Payment Date.
Reset Rate Determination Date means the second Business Day prior to the relevant Reset Date.
Reset Rate Determination Date means, in respect of each Reset Period, the day falling five U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the relevant Reset Date.
