Residential customer equivalent definition

Residential customer equivalent means the factor in cubic feet of water used to describe the discharge from a single-family residence. Commercial and industrial customers are converted to residential customer equivalents based on the volume of water consumption.
Residential customer equivalent means each 100 MMBtus, with respect to Gas, and each 10Mws, with respect to Energy, of Party B Customer Load.
Residential customer equivalent or “RCE” means a natural gas customer with a standard consumption of 100 MMBtus per year or an electricity customer with a standard consumption of 10 MWhs per year.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for any Customer with less than twelve (12) months of actual consumption prior to the date hereof, such Customer’s actual consumption during the most recent less than twelve (12) month actual consumption period shall be annualized for purposes of determining the RCEs associated with, and the Purchase Price payable with regard to, such Customer.
