Residential Parking Spaces definition

Residential Parking Spaces means the parking spaces (including the electric vehicles charging enabling facilities and associated conduits serving exclusively each of such parking spaces) on the Lower Ground Floor and Basement Floor of the Development intended for the parking of motor vehicles (but excluding the Visitors’ Parking Spaces and the Accessible Parking Spaces) to which Undivided Shares have been or will be allocated, and "Residential Parking Space" shall be construed accordingly;
Residential Parking Spaces means the individual parking spaces located in the Residential Parking Garage as shown on the Survey Map and Plans and the individual parking spaces in the Trace North Garage in which an easement for parking exists in favor of the Property to the extent they are designated as Residential Limited Common Elements in this Declaration.
Residential Parking Spaces means the spaces for the parking of motor vehicles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap.374 of the Laws of Hong Kong), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation referred to in Special Condition No.(22)(a)(i) of the Government Grant, which are for identification purpose only marked “R2” to “R62” on the Basement Floor Plans certified as to their accuracy by or on behalf of the Authorized Person annexed hereto, including the electric vehicle charging facilities provided and installed or to be provided and installed for serving exclusively that parking space.

Related to Residential Parking Spaces

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Height of building means height measured from the abutting road and in case of undulated terrain height can be considered as average of the corresponding ground level. The parapet wall, staircase head room, lift room, water tank are excluded from the height of the building.
