The Contractor shall collect all Residential Recyclables from Single-Family Residences that are placed in Contractor owned Carts or are boxed or placed in a paper bag next to the Customers’ Recycling Cart.
If operational or recycling processing improvements are made that allow additional materials to be recycled at no additional cost to the Contractor, the Contractor agrees to expand the defined list of Residential Recyclables to cover such materials, subject to prior written approval by the City.

Award of Single Contract: The Township intends to award a single contract for hauling of residential municipal solid waste and residential recyclables based on the “Total Prices – Residential Municipal Solid Waste Collection & Residential Recyclables Collection” for the Optional Bid and Contract Term selected by the Township for collection services in the Bid Proposal Form (Section 6, see also Section 1.13, Page 8).
