Resolution Options. A Member may initiate Dispute Resolution and/or Grievance procedures as described below. It is recommended that the Member begin to resolve the dispute at the Staff Level. If that option proves unsuccessful, the Member file a Formal Grievance requesting a Formal Hearing. If a Member’s dispute involves possible fraud or theft related to the AmeriCorps program, the dispute should be immediately escalated to the Corporation's Office of Inspector General (OIG) for investigation.
