Restoration Budget definition

Restoration Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(b)(i).
Restoration Budget means a budget prepared by Borrower in connection with a Restoration Plan identifying all categories and approximate amounts reasonably expected to be incurred in connection with the relevant Restoration Action, together with a statement of uses of proceeds identifying funds available in the Loss Proceeds Account and other funds available to complete such Restoration Action.
Restoration Budget has the meaning specified in Section 3.10. ------------------

Examples of Restoration Budget in a sentence

  • The Depositary shall have no obligation to review the Restoration Budget or the Restoration Progress Payment Schedule, but shall hold such documents for the benefit of Ormat.

  • As provided for in Section 2.6 of the First Supplemental Indenture, the Luannan Facility Engineer shall be required to certify that the decision of the Issuer to rebuild and that the Restoration Budget and Restoration Progress Payments Schedule is reasonable and achievable.
