Restoration Plan. Using information regarding degraded areas from the inventory and characterization effort, as well as citizen input from the community visioning effort, the city developed a plan that identifies degraded shoreline conditions and recommends actions to recoup or improve shoreline environmental functions and values.
Restoration Plan. Executive shall be paid the accrued and vested benefit under the Company’s 401(k) Restoration Plan in a lump sum on the first regularly scheduled Company payroll date occurring after the six-month anniversary of the Separation Date.
Restoration Plan. A. All development work shall remain stopped until a restoration plan is prepared at the applicant's cost and approved by the Shoreline Administrator. The Shoreline Administrator may approve, reject or approve the plan with conditions. All restoration shall be consistent with the approved restoration plan.

Recognizing that pedestrian and general golf cart and/or other vehicular traffic will cause normal "wear and tear" to roughs and crossings in fairways customary for a United States Open Championship and the parties agreeing that the USGA or LESSEE shall not be required to replace turf that the parties reasonably conclude will return to its pre- Championship condition with irrigation and other care customarily provided by CITY’s grounds keeping staff, LESSEE agrees to work in conjunction with CITY and the USGA to develop a plan for the restoration and repair of sections of the Courses upon completion of the Championship [the Restoration Plan], including but not limited to, an arrangement whereby the USGA shall: (i) remove temporary access roads and paths and restoration of affected terrain; (ii) replacement of shrubs and bushes that have been removed or damaged beyond repair; and (iii) repair of areas that have suffered damage due to major construction or activity directly associated with the Championship. The parties further acknowledge and agree that: (x) the Restoration Plan shall be developed within thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the Championship; (y) they shall mutually agree upon the cost and efficiency thereof, as well as the extent to which the Restoration Plan will restore such affected areas of the Courses in as timely a manner as practicable and at LESSEE’s reasonable expense; and (z) at the very least, implementation of the Restoration Plan shall commence within ninety (90) days from the conclusion of the Championship. LESSEE acknowledges and agrees that the USGA shall have the obligation at all times to use its good efforts to return the Courses to playing condition upon conclusion of the Championship as soon as is practicable.
Restoration Plan. Illinois Power shall develop a plan, consistent with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including procedures and sequencing of actions and studies, modeling or simulations to confirm same, for re-energization and restoration of the Illinois Power T&D System to normal operation following a Blackout in consultation with DMG ("Restoration Plan"). Such Restoration Plan shall not obligate Producer to any service or requirements of Black Start Service over and above those set forth in this Agreement. Upon finalization of the Restoration Plan, Illinois Power shall provide DMG a copy of the Restoration Plan, including any studies, modeling or simulations performed in development of the Restoration Plan. The Restoration Plan shall become effective thirty (30) days after its receipt by DMG; provided, however, if the Restoration Plan requires substantial retraining of DMG personnel to implement, such Restoration Plan shall become effective upon completion of such training.
Restoration Plan. PG&E will perform cable restoration services. PG&E and CUSTOMER will be proportionally responsible, based on the proportion of fibers PG&E owned within the cable, for restoration costs resulting from any causes of cable failure not recoverable from third parties. CUSTOMER, at CUSTOMER's cost, shall provide spare materials such as cable and cable accessories for use in cable restoration. Materials shall be stored at mutually agreeable PG&E locations. PG&E will be responsible for costs related to the CUSTOMER material storage. Restoration activities will be integral to ensuring successful implementation of this Agreement. Timely restoration is dependent on timely coordination and cooperation between PG&E and CUSTOMER. Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, PG&E and CUSTOMER shall jointly develop a Detailed Restoration Plan, which upon its completion shall be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit H.
Restoration Plan. The Company shall, and Holding and Parent shall cause the Surviving Corporation to, pay to each participant in the Company’s 401(k) Restoration Plan (the “Restoration Plan”) whose employment with the Company terminates the amount owing to him under the Restoration Plan as of the date of termination. Such payment shall be made in accordance with the terms of the Restoration Plan.
Restoration Plan. 4.1 PTP will draft a Restoration Plan, to be drafted jointly with the CSTC in relation to all aspects of the Restoration Plan relevant to CSTC traditional territory. PTP will not finalize the Restoration Plan until issues raised by the CSTC have been resolved to CSTC s satisfaction, which is not to be unreasonably withheld.

Because Chairman previously satisfied the requirements for “Retirement” under the LTIP, Chairman’s outstanding equity-based awards (other than the One-Time Performance-Based Incentive Award) shall be treated as follows: (a)

Consultant shall prepare a Little Chico Creek Restoration Plan that includes the agreed upon mitigation requirements outlined in the previously developed Biological Assessments and CDFW §1602 Streambed Alteration Agreements for the following bridge projects: Salem Street Bridge Replacement Project Pomona Avenue at Little Chico Creek Bridge Replacement Project Notre Dame over Little Chico Creek Bridge Project The Restoration Plan shall include information pertaining to restoration goals and design, implementation strategies and techniques, monitoring and success criteria, and a comprehensive compensatory mitigation table. Due to multi-agency coordination and consultation efforts, it is anticipated that eight (8) rounds of review shall be necessary to meet the needs of the City and regulatory agencies. Consultant anticipates two (2) rounds of review per agency, and two (2) rounds of review with the City. Two (2) site visits may be necessary to gather data and assess baseline conditions.
