Restoration Projects definition

Restoration Projects means the restoration actions described in the Scopes of Work for Restoration Projects 1-19, attached at Appendix C, and implemented and completed in accordance with Section VIII (Restoration Project Obligations of Honeywell) and Section IX (Restoration Obligations of the County). Where referring to an individual project, the singular term “Restoration Project” shall be used.
Restoration Projects means the Manhattan Marsh Restoration Project and the Toledo Low Service Pump Station Restoration Project.
Restoration Projects means those restoration projects described in Section X of this Consent Decree and in the Restoration SOW attached as Appendix H.

More Definitions of Restoration Projects

Restoration Projects means a subcategory of Beneficial Environmental Projects, the funding or Work with respect to which is used to satisfy future potential or actual natural resource damage claims with respect to the Site, whether such potential claims would be against Mallinckrodt or Mallinckrodt Related Entities, in accordance with separate agreements, if any, between the Natural Resource Damage Trustees and Mallinckrodt. Restoration Projects may also be Tidal Marsh Projects but are not required to be Tidal Marsh Projects.
Restoration Projects means those aquatic, terrestrial, and
Restoration Projects or "projects" means a project for selection, restoration, rehabilitation or improvement of areas of land or water adaptable as feeding, resting or breeding places for wildlife or fish, and includes acquisition by purchase, lease or gift of the property or interest therein as may be suitable or capable of being made suitable therefor, and the construction of such works as may be necessary to efficient administration of wildlife resources, and such preliminary or incidental expenses as may be incurred in and about the project.

Related to Restoration Projects

  • Restoration means the repair and restoration of an Individual Property after a Casualty or Condemnation as nearly as possible to the condition the Individual Property was in immediately prior to such Casualty or Condemnation, with such alterations as may be reasonably approved by Lender.

  • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.
