Restricted Development Area definition

Restricted Development Area means the Restricted Development Area plan based on the recommended development setbacks from the Retaining Wall and registered in the South Alberta Land Titles Office as Plan _______________;
Restricted Development Area means all land in the unincorporated areas of La Crosse County which exists at or steeper than 30% slope.
Restricted Development Area means those lands within the City of Lethbridge, that the Province of Alberta has placed under legislative protection through Order-in-Council 1371177, as amended from time to time.

Restricted Development Area means those portions of the Development Area to the

Restricted Development Area or “RDA” means the area shown as hatched on the attached Figure 1 and the Land Use Constraints maps. The Restricted Development Area as shown is an approximation only. The site-specific position of the Restricted Development Area relative to the Crest of the escarpment will be identified upon application of subdivision or Development Permit as required by the Subdivision or Development Authority.
Restricted Development Area means any area on an undeveloped site which has a slope of thirty percent (30%) or greater. These areas must be delineated and must not be disturbed with exceptions as laid out in Section 15-2-6(4)(b).

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.

  • Land development means the erection of buildings or structures on land, or the change of use of land, including township establishment, the subdivision or consolidation of land or any deviation from the land use or uses permitted in terms of an applicable land use scheme;

  • spatial development framework means the Mhlontlo Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;
