Development Areas definition

Development Areas means those areas specified for different types of Development on the Concept Plan and the Zoning Map.
Development Areas means, collectively, the Wesbrook Place, Acadia Road (including the Acadia West Neighbourhood and Acadia East student housing precinct), East Campus and Stadium neighbourhoods of UBC’s Vancouver Campus, all as designated in UBC’s Land Use Plan;
Development Areas means, collectively, the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx (which is contemplated to include the Acadia West Neighbourhood and Acadia East student housing precinct), East Campus and Stadium neighbourhoods of UBC’s Vancouver Campus, all as designated in UBC’s Land Use Plan and shown on the map attached as Schedule A, and “Development Area” means any of them.

Examples of Development Areas in a sentence

  • During the credit underwriting process, an opinion letter must be submitted to the Corporation by a licensed attorney that the Development meets the definition of a “multiphase project” as defined in the Federal Register related to the Statutorily Mandated Designation of Difficult Development Areas and Qualified Census Tracks for the applicable year.

  • In this MTBA Program Description, only areas defined by HUD as Difficult Development Areas are eligible for the Basis Boost.

  • Once the Exploration Phase is completed, the Consortium Members may only keep as Contract Area the Development Areas.

  • Additional Eligible Basis (30% of the initial calculation) will be applied for Projects located in HUD-designated Difficult Development Areas (DDA) or Qualified Census Tracts (QCT).

  • The Eligible Basis used to calculate Tax Credits for Projects in Difficult Development Areas or Qualified Census Tracts may be increased by up to 30% at MFA’s discretion.


More Definitions of Development Areas

Development Areas means the four (4) separate development areas of the Property as shown on the Master Land Use Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
Development Areas means those four segments, or nodes, within the Ludlam Trail Corridor District identified as the Blue Lagoon Development Area, Tamiami Trail Development Area, Coral Way Development Area, and Bird Road Development Area, as more fully defined in the Comprehensive Development Master Plan amendment adopted by Ordinance No. 17-54 on July 19, 2017, as may be amended. The areas are to be privately developed with industrial, commercial, business, and residential uses.
Development Areas means the area or areas within the Municipality defined as “Area 1pursuant to Schedule “A” to the Municipality’s Subdivision By-law from time to time.
Development Areas means the areas depicted on the Development Area Map (Sheet 2 of the Approved Plans attached to the 2013 SUP for Area F) attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D and which is incorporated into this Agreement for all purposes.
Development Areas means the following areas identified for development within The Canyons SPA for purposes of determining allowable uses, density, and configuration, as described and depicted in Exhibit B.1 hereto:

Development Areas means mapped areas planned for development pursuant to the Chula Vista MSCP subarea plan and within which the take of Chula Vista covered species is authorized by the Section 10(a)(1)(B) incidental take permit and Section 2835 permit. These mapped areas are shown on Figure 1-2 of the Chula Vista MSCP subarea plan, as adopted on May 13, 2003, and as may be amended from time to time.
