Resumes all information for or with respect to current or former or prospective employees or candidates in whatever medium that it be currently manifested, depicted, stored or presented including, but not limited to, paper, hardcopy, computer disks, tapes and databases of the Company, whose services are or have been provided or may be provided to the Company's customers prior to the date hereof; and

  • Service activities means activities in connection with the provision of personal, continuing services to shareholder accounts in the Shares; provided, however, that if the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
