Retail Clients shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Client Categorisation Policy established pursuant to the Applicable Laws and Regulations .

More Definitions of Retail Clients

Retail Clients when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean any client who is not a ‘Professional Client’ for purposes of client categorization/classification under MiFID II;
