Retail Companies definition

Retail Companies means, as applicable, each, any or all of Blackstone Valley Electric Company, Eastern Edison Company and Newport Electric Corporation.

More Definitions of Retail Companies

Retail Companies means the companies details of which are set out in Schedule 1 and “Retail Company” means any one of them;
Retail Companies means supermarkets, fast food restaurants, convenience stores, department stores and other commercial retail establishments.

Related to Retail Companies

  • Operating Companies shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Retail tobacco store means a retail store utilized primarily for the sale of tobacco products and accessories and in which the sale of other products is merely incidental.
