Retail Locations definition

Retail Locations means any retail locations owned or operated by Divesting Defendants and from which either T-Mobile or Sprint sells mobile wireless service under any of their affiliated brands, including Sprint, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro by
Retail Locations. Trade Names;
Retail Locations means any of the locations set for on Schedule 7.4.

More Definitions of Retail Locations

Retail Locations. For new retail customers, we have a $6,500 opening order minimum intended for retail locations (stores/showrooms). Opening order is for stock (product for your floor) and must ship to a single location. There is no minimum for subsequent orders.
Retail Locations means the Regular Retail Locations and the Event Retail Locations.
