Retail Units definition

Retail Units means all retail units located at the first and second floor of the Project;

Retail Units means the Class A Units, the Class F Units and the Class U Units, collectively; “RRIFs” means registered retirement income funds as defined in the Tax Act;

Retail Units means one or both (as the context requires) of the two (2) Units located at the Property and referred to as the Commercial Units in the Master Declaration, comprising in the aggregate approximately 29,473 rentable square feet, to be used for retail purposes in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents and in compliance with Legal Requirements.
