Retail Units means that part of the Building comprising retail units and such other parts of the Building that may be designated from time to time by the Landlord or the Management Company as a “Retail Unit”;

More Definitions of Retail Units

Retail Units means one or both (as the context requires) of the two (2) Units located at the Property, comprising in the aggregate approximately 29,473 rentable square feet, to be used for retail purposes in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents and in compliance with Legal Requirements. For purposes of this Agreement, the Retail Units shall not include or refer to the F&B Space, which shall be deemed part of the Hotel Unit for all purposes hereunder.
