Retail Units definition

Retail Units means all retail units located at the first and second floor of the Project;
Retail Units means that part of the Building comprising retail units and such other parts of the Building that may be designated from time to time by the Landlord or the Management Company as a “Retail Unit”;
Retail Units means the Class A Units, the Class F Units and the Class U Units, collectively; “RRIFs” means registered retirement income funds as defined in the Tax Act;

  • The Landlord agrees not to let or enter into an agreement for lease or permit any right of occupancy or permit any change of use of the Retail Units where the use is a Prohibited Use and to include within any lease or licence of a Retail Unit an express prohibition on a Prohibited Use.

More Definitions of Retail Units

Retail Units means one or both (as the context requires) of the two (2) Units located at the Property, comprising in the aggregate approximately 29,473 rentable square feet, to be used for retail purposes in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents and in compliance with Legal Requirements.
