MODIFICATION of existing establishments:A legal requirement for an establishment is to notify to the Hazardous Substances Authority of any intended material change.
Retailer (i) is the owner of or has the right to use the Retailer Marks and all other intellectual property licensed by Retailer to Green Dot hereunder and (ii) has the right, power and authority to license to Retailer and its Affiliates and authorized designees the use of the Retailer Marks and such property as set forth herein.
