Retained Servicing Spread definition

Retained Servicing Spread. The rights of Seller, severable from each (and all) of the other rights under the applicable Servicing Agreements, to a percentage of the Total Servicing Spread, which percentage is equal to 100% minus the Future Excess Servicing Spread Percentage.

Retained Servicing Spread means all Servicing Fees in respect of the Originated MSR Portfolio and the Purchased MSR Portfolio in excess of the Base Servicing Fee, net of the related Excess Spread, and not including any Ancillary Income or Advance Reimbursement Amounts.

  • Interim Servicing Period The period from the Closing Date to the related Servicing Transfer Date.

  • Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”
