Retention Program definition

Retention Program means the Continental Airlines, Inc. Officer Retention and Incentive Award Program adopted under the Incentive Plan 2000, as amended from time to time.

Retention Program means a retention program pursuant to which certain members of Cetera advisor groups and firms may receive forgivable loans consistent with industry standards and historic practices of the Debtors and the Non-RCS Affiliates, the terms of which shall be set forth in the Plan Supplement.
