Reverted Country definition

Reverted Country means a country in the Gilead Original Territory as to which Gilead’s rights under this Agreement are terminated in part by JT pursuant to Section 14.3(c).
Reverted Country means any country within the Territory as to which Cubist or Chiron exercise termination rights pursuant to this Article 13 (and could mean, in any particular context, all of the countries within the Territory if this Agreement were terminated in its entirety or, with respect to any particular Licensed Product, if Chiron’s rights to such Licensed Product are terminated as to all countries within the Territory).
Reverted Country shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(d).

Examples of Reverted Country in a sentence

  • The foregoing restrictions shall cease to be applicable on a country-by-country basis upon the expiration of the last-to-expire Valid Claim of a JT Patent in such country or upon such country becoming a Reverted Country; provided that nothing in the foregoing shall contravene JT’s confidentiality obligations under this Agreement, the Confidential Disclosure Agreements or the Master Agreement.

  • Revance will maintain complete and accurate records in sufficient detail to permit Mylan to confirm Revance’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement and the accuracy of Revance’s calculations under this Agreement, including with respect to Development Costs, Manufacturing Costs, and Reverted Country Product Revenues.

More Definitions of Reverted Country

Reverted Country shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(d). Section 1. 103 "RFN" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.08. Section 1. 104 "ROW" or "Rest of World" means worldwide but excluding the U.S. and China.

  • Designated country means any of the following countries:

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.
