Where a person on the Voters’ List has lost his or her Voter Information Letter or did not receive it in the mail, they can attend a Revision Centre or contact the Voter Help Desk in order to obtain their VIL with a replacement PIN in accordance with the Instructions for Voters’ List Revisions and PIN Replacement.
