Revolving Unused Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

More Definitions of Revolving Unused Fee

Revolving Unused Fee means, for each day during any Revolving Availability Period in which the Borrower has not exercised its rights under clause (b) of the definition of Applicable Rate, an amount equal to (a) the Revolving Undrawn Amount for such day, multiplied by (b) a per annum percentage for such day (as determined for a three hundred sixty (360) day year) equal to (i) for any day where the Revolving Undrawn Amount is equal to or greater than 50% of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments, 0.25% and (ii) for any day where the Revolving Undrawn Amount is less than 50% of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments, 0.15%.

Nothing in this definition shall limit the right of the Administrative Agent or any Lender under Section 2.10 or Article VIII and the provisions of this definition shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
