Rigas and members of his immediate family, any of their respective spouses, estates, lineal descendants, heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators, trusts for any of their benefit and charitable foundations to which shares of the Company's Capital Stock beneficially owned by any of the foregoing have been transferred.
