Riparian management area definition

Riparian management area means an area along each side of specified waters of the state within which vegetation retention and special management practices are required for the protection of water quality, hydrologic functions, and fish and wildlife habitat.
Riparian management area means the area along or around a waterbody within the following distances, measured from the outermost extent of the ordinary high water mark of the waterbody:

Riparian management area means an area described under Division 3 [Riparian Areas] of Part 4 [Practice Requirements], that consists of a riparian management zone and a riparian reserve zone;
