Roadside stand definition

Roadside stand means a temporary use which is primarily engaged in the sale of fresh agricultural products, locally grown on- or off-site, but may include, incidental to fresh produce sale, the sale of limited prepackaged food products and non-food items. Roadside stand means a farm structure used or intended to be used solely by the owner or tenant of the farm on which it is located for the sale of only the seasonal farm products of the immediate locality in which the roadside stand is located.
