Royalty Products definition

Royalty Products means a kit designed, developed, manufactured, or sold by Licensee or its Affiliates or its Distributors comprising “Licensed Technology” in each case the design, development, manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, provision, or import of which would be, but for the License, an infringement of a Valid claim of the Patent Rights.

Royalty Products means any [REDACTED] product sold by Purchaser, its Affiliates or either of their licensees.

Examples of Royalty Products in a sentence

• Licensee agrees that once it is notified by Licensor that, or once it independently becomes aware that, a particular purchaser is using or intends to use any Royalty Product(s) other than as permitted hereunder, Licensee shall immediately notify said purchaser in writing that such use is unlicensed and that a license for said use must be obtained from Licensor.

More Definitions of Royalty Products

Royalty Products means one of the following, as applicable:

Royalty Products means Licensed Products sold or marketed by Licensee, its Affiliates or Sublicensees under trade names, trademarks or product names licensed under this Agreement.

Royalty Products mean products sold by USSC and by any AFFILIATE and/or sublicensee which are either (a) LICENSED PRODUCTS and/or a LICENSED PROCESS which are covered by one or more valid, enforceable patent claims in or which issue on or from the PATENTS or IMPROVEMENT PATENTS; or (b) LICENSED PRODUCTS and/or a LICENSED PROCESS which are covered by one or more valid, enforceable patent claims in or which issue on or from the PATENTS or IMPROVEMENT PATENTS, in combination with one or more USSC INVENTIONS.

Royalty Products shall have the meaning assigned to that term in recital E to this Agreement.

Royalty Products has the meaning given such term in the Royalty Agreement.

Royalty Products means each of the Specialty Products, Pipeline Products and Platform Products.

Royalty Products means that portion of a LICENSED PRODUCT which (a) embodies or uses all the elements or steps recited in any, one claim of an issued YIELDUP PATENT RIGHT or of an issued IMPROVEMENT PATENT RIGHT; or (b) is manufactured by use of all steps recited in any one claim of an issued YIELDUP PATENT RIGHT or of an issued IMPROVEMENT PATENT RIGHT.
