Examples of RRB Property Records in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the Issuer shall have dominion and control over the RRB Property, and the Servicer, in accordance with the terms hereof, is acting solely as the servicing agent and custodian for the Issuer with respect to the RRB Property and the RRB Property Records.

  • Nothing herein shall be deemed to require an initial review or any periodic review by the Issuer or the Trustee of the RRB Property Records.

  • The Servicer shall promptly report to the Issuer and the Trustee any failure on its part to hold the RRB Property Records and maintain its accounts, records and computer systems as herein provided and promptly take appropriate action to remedy any such failure.

  • Property records means the records created and maintained by the contractor in support of its stewardship responsibilities for the management of Government property.
