Safe Harbor Equipment definition

Safe Harbor Equipment means all parts and equipment to be used in Bloom Systems sold by BE to Owner pursuant to the December 30 Xxxx of Sale.
Safe Harbor Equipment means the equipment described on Annex II.
Safe Harbor Equipment means those [IDENTIFY EQUIPMENT] set forth in Exhibit T to this Agreement.

  • Seller has contracted with the Safe Harbor Equipment manufacturer to undertake storage and maintenance of the Safe Harbor Equipment.

  • Following the NTP Closing and until its incorporation into the Project, Seller shall maintain each item of such Safe Harbor Equipment in the same manner in which it is maintained prior to NTP Closing and the same manner in which it maintains its own similar equipment at such storage location(s), including the insurance for such Safe Harbor Equipment and safety and security at such location(s).

  • Upon the reasonable request of Buyer, Seller shall permit Buyer's Representative access to the storage location(s) where such Safe Harbor Equipment is held to inspect such Safe Harbor Equipment and confirm the serial numbers or other similar, unique identifying information provided by Seller pursuant to this Section 2.12.

  • Except for the Safe Harbor Systems and Safe Harbor Equipment (as to which Buyer already holds title as of the date hereof), Seller has good title to each Bloom System and each such Bloom System is free and clear of all Liens other than Permitted Liens.

  • Notwithstanding that the Safe Harbor Equipment is stored in a common location with other equipment, at the NTP Closing, Seller shall furnish the Safe Harbor Equipment free of Liens to Buyer pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof.

  • Following the NTP Closing, Seller shall not, and shall not purport to, assign or transfer any right, title or interest in such Safe Harbor Equipment to any Person other than Buyer or Buyer's Affiliates.

More Definitions of Safe Harbor Equipment

Safe Harbor Equipment means the Safe Harbor Turbines and the Safe Harbor Cable.
Safe Harbor Equipment means those wind turbines set forth in Exhibit M to this Agreement.
Safe Harbor Equipment means [DESCRIBE EQUIPMENT] identified pursuant to Section 2.12 and transferred to Buyer pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof.

  • Major Equipment means the items of Equipment listed as such in Attachment G.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • EPP test Means one EPP command sent to a particular “IP address” for one of the EPP servers. Query and transform commands, with the exception of “create”, shall be about existing objects in the Registry System. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. The possible results to an EPP test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “EPP command RTT” or undefined/unanswered.

  • Start-Up Testing means the completion of applicable required factory and start-up tests as set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Plumbing system means water supply distribution and disposal piping on the premises, including appliances and equipment attached thereto, between their connection points to a public or private system.

  • Your Equipment means all equipment located after (downstream of) the point that electricity leaves the Meter at the premises which is used to take supply of or consume electricity except any Electricity Supply Equipment.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and documentation for a system of manufactured factory-built structures or buildings or for a type or a system of building components, including but not limited to: structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or plumbing systems, and including such variations thereof as are specifically permitted by regulation, and which variations are submitted as part of the building system or amendment thereof.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring filling with liquid and generating hydrogen gas that is released to the atmosphere.
