Safeguarding and Employment Checks definition

Safeguarding and Employment Checks means the vetting and compliance checks as described in Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) Appendix 3(a) (Safeguarding and Employment Checks);

  • The Customer may wish to conduct its own further Safeguarding and Employment Checks on the Temporary Worker prior to the commencement of an Assignment.

  • Some mesoscale processes also affect ventilation: for example in coastal cities, the interactions between tidal and sea-breeze variation (e.g. estuary turbulence, Ding et al., 2004) and sea-breeze propagation (e.g. over 70 km inland along the Hudson river, Orton et al., 2010).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer may request to see copies of all or any of the information required to have been retained by the Supplier (or where applicable, the Approved Sub-Contractor utilised in the execution of the Contract) under Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) Appendix 3(a) (Safeguarding and Employment Checks) as part of the Temporary work-seeker’s Personal Records.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Employment services organization means an organization that provides community-based employment services to individuals with disabilities that is an approved Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited vendor of the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Business association means a nonpublic corporation, joint stock company, investment company, business trust, partnership, or association for business purposes of 2 or more individuals, whether or not for profit, including a banking organization, financial organization, insurance company, or utility.

  • Employment Business means as per the Employment Agencies Xxx 0000 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, an Employment Business is a business that offers contracts of employment to temporary workers, whose services are then temporarily offered on secondment to Framework Public Bodies.

  • Ethics means a set of principles governing the conduct of all persons governed by these rules.
