Salary Continuation Period definition

Salary Continuation Period means (i) the number of months of Paid Notice plus (ii) one business day for each month that is included in the Participant’s Months of Service, up to a maximum of one year. Each calendar week is considered to consist of five business days for this purpose.

Salary Continuation Period means the period for which payment of your Base Salary may, pursuant to Part Two of this letter agreement, be continued following an Involuntary Termination of your employment within a specified period following a Change in Control.

  • Further, Executive shall be obligated to reimburse Sears for any portion of (i) the Salary Continuation paid during the Salary Continuation Period under subsection (1)(a)(i) herein, and (ii) the cost for the benefits provided during the Salary Continuation Period under subsection (1)(a)(ii) herein.

  • For purposes of this Section 1(e), Executive shall have an obligation to inform the Company regarding Executive’s employment status following termination and during the Salary Continuation Period, but shall have no affirmative duty to seek alternate employment.


More Definitions of Salary Continuation Period

Salary Continuation Period means the period of time during which Optionee receives a continuation of Optionee’s salary after Optionee’s last day of active employment or if the Optionee receives a lump sum payment, the number of months following Optionee’s end of active employment equal to the Optionee’s lump sum payment attributable to salary divided by the Optionee’s then current monthly salary rounded up to the nearest whole number.
Salary Continuation Period means (a) with respect to the CEO, the period of eighteen (18) months immediately following the Date of Termination and (b) with respect to all other Participants, the period of twelve (12) months immediately following the Date of Termination.
Salary Continuation Period means (i) the number of months of Paid Notice plus (ii) the period for which a Participant receives Separation Pay under Section 4.01(b).
Salary Continuation Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section C, paragraph 1.
Salary Continuation Period means the period after the termination of the Executive's employment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement during which the Executive is entitled to continued payment of the Salary.
