Sale Nominee definition

Sale Nominee means a financial services licensee appointed by the Company to carry out the role described in Rule 4.6; and

Sale Nominee means the nominee appointed by Axxxxx in accordance with clause 4.4 of this Scheme to sell the Ineligible Consideration CDIs under the terms of this Scheme (or any nominee of such person).   • The 88 Energy Shares which would otherwise have been issued to Unmarketable Parcel Securityholders will instead be issued to the Sale Nominee who will sell those shares.

  • The 88 Energy Shares which would otherwise have been issued to Ineligible Foreign Securityholders will instead be issued to the Sale Nominee who will sell these shares.

  • None of M2, Vocus Subsidiary, Vocus or the Sale Nominee gives any assurance as to the price that will be achieved for the sale of New Vocus Shares by the Sale Nominee described above and the sale of the New Vocus Shares by the Sale Nominee will be at the risk of the Ineligible Foreign Shareholder.
