Sale Transaction Documents definition

Sale Transaction Documents means the documents governing the Sale Transaction, including, without limitation, the Bidding Procedures, the Bidding Procedures Motion, the Bidding Procedures Order, the Purchase Agreement(s), and any Sale Order(s), in each case, in form and substance consistent with the terms of the Restructuring Support Agreement and the consent rights contained therein.

Sale Transaction Documents means the documents effectuating the Sale Transactions.

Sale Transaction Documents means the Asset Purchase Agreement, the Framework Agreement, the Sale Order, and the other definitive documentation governing the Sale Transaction, as well as all exhibits, appendices, schedules, and other documents and agreements related thereto or entered into in connection therewith.
