SALES CONSULTANT means an Employee engaged in the sale of residence contracts. Remuneration is paid on a commission only basis. Sales Consultants shall be required to sell a minimum of one residence contract in the first two months and two such contracts each month thereafter. Failure to achieve such sales may lead to the termination of the employment.
