Sales Documentation any sales documents proposals, quotes, emails, discussions or agreements (whether in verbal, written or electronic form) provided by the Contractor to the Client, or discussed between the parties, during the sales process before the preparation of a Statement of Work;

• Unless otherwise provided as part of the Sales Documentation, maintenance and support of all F5 Software is not provided under this License and must be purchased separately.

• This Licence, including terms and conditions specifically incorporated by reference (including the Sales Documentation), constitutes the entire understanding of the parties regarding the Licence for the Software, and revokes and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, between the parties, and is intended as a final expression of their agreement.

• All Sales Documentation supplied to the Purchaser shall remain the exclusive property of JC and shall not be used by the Purchaser for any purpose other than the preparation or the performance of the contract.
