Sales Employees definition

Sales Employees means all employees of Respondent Latrobe who directly have participated (irrespective of the portion of working time involved) in the marketing or promotion of the Specialty Metal Product(s) directly to customers within the three (3) year period immediately prior to the Closing Date. This includes employees trained to perform such sales activity for a Specialty Metal Product within the three (3) year period
Sales Employees those Bioglan Employees who are principally employed as sales representatives or sales managers on the date hereof and identified as such on Section 7.1 of the Disclosure Letter.

More Definitions of Sales Employees

Sales Employees means the employees of the Seller listed under the heading "Sales Employees" on the Schedule of Designated Employees.
