Sampling and analysis plan definition

Sampling and analysis plan means a plan prepared under WAC 173-340-820.
Sampling and analysis plan means a plan prepared under Subsection 13.4 of these regulations. "Secretary" means Secretary of the Department or his or her designee.

Sampling and analysis plan means a plan that is designed to meet the requirements of a sampling and analysis plan under Ontario Regulation 153/04 or Ontario Regulation 406/19.
