Schedule of Lane Closures definition

Schedule of Lane Closures means a schedule submitted:
Schedule of Lane Closures means a schedule submitted under Clause 20.2 (Traffic Management) Indicating the period or periods during which the Concessionaire plans to close one or move lanes of traffic using either the Existing Crossing or the Second Crossing, or to take any other action liable to restrict traffic flow.
Schedule of Lane Closures means a Schedule of Lane Closures submitted by the Concessionaire under Section 15.3.1 (or any revision thereof or amendment thereto submitted under Section 15.3.2 or Section 15.3.3) indicating the period or periods during which the Concessionaire plans to effect or otherwise reasonably foresees any Lane Closure (including any Lane Closure in respect of any works by any Relevant Authority) in respect of the Concession Highway.

Examples of Schedule of Lane Closures in a sentence

  • The Province will use reasonable efforts to co-ordinate maintenance work for the adjacent and connecting roads with the Contractor’s Schedule of Lane Closures (as defined in the Schedule 18 (Technical Requirements)) in respect of the Infrastructure, to which there has been comment made by the Province pursuant to the Review Procedure as set out in Schedule 5 (Design and Plan Certification and Review Procedure), so as to minimize any disruption to the operation of the Infrastructure.

  • The Secretary of State shall have no liability to the DBFO Co in respect of any variations of or departures from any such Schedule of Lane Closures.

  • On the 1st October of the calendar year following the year in which the Concession Commencement Date falls and thereafter on the 1st October of every subsequent year the Concessionaire shall submit to the Government‟s Representative in accordance with the Government‟s Review Procedure a Schedule of Lane Closures for the three year period commencing on the 1st January of the subsequent year.

  • The Concessionaire will thereupon amend the relevant Schedule of Lane Closures accordingly and re­submit the same to the Province’s Representative in accordance with the Review Procedure.

  • The Concessionaire shall thereupon amend the relevant Schedule of Lane Closures accordingly and resubmit the same to the Government’s Representative in accordance with the Government’s Review Procedure.

  • If the need arises for un-programmed maintenance or repair works (not being an emergency) otherwise than in accordance with an approved Schedule of Lane Closures, the Concessionaire shall forthwith notify the Government’s Representative of such need and request approval of the proposed commencement date and estimated duration of the works.

  • On the 1st October of the calendar year following the year in which the Concession Commencement Date falls and thereafter on the 1st October of every subsequent year the Concessionaire shall submit to the Government’s Representative in accordance with the Government’s Review Procedure a Schedule of Lane Closures for the three year period commencing on the 1st January of the subsequent year.

  • The Concessionaire shall thereupon amend the relevant Schedule of Lane Closures accordingly and resubmit the same to the Government‟s Representative in accordance with the Government‟s Review Procedure.

  • Within 2 months of Royal Assent the Concessionaire shall submit to the Government’s Representative in accordance with the Government’s Review Procedure a Schedule of Lane Closures for the period commencing on the Concession Commencement Date and ending on the 31st December of the third year following the year in which the Concession Commencement Date falls.

Related to Schedule of Lane Closures

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Schedule of Members has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Draft Closing Statement means a draft closing statement as of the close of business of the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately preceding the Closing Date setting forth an estimate of the Purchase Price (including all adjustments and prorations thereto).

  • Amendment Closing Date means the first date that all the conditions precedent set forth in this Amendment are satisfied or waived in accordance herewith.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

  • Amendment Date has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Contract Date means the date set for bid opening or, if this is a negotiated contract or a modification, the effective date of this contract or modification.

  • Time of Sale Disclosure Package means the Prospectus most recently filed with the Commission before the time of this Agreement, including any preliminary prospectus supplement deemed to be a part thereof, each Issuer Free Writing Prospectus, and the description of the transaction provided by the Underwriters included on Schedule II.

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a state permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Closing Date Acquisition shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.

  • First Amendment Closing Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the First Amendment.

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].
