Schedule to the Policy definition

Schedule to the Policy means that part of the Policy entitled “Schedule Referred to in, and forming part of the Policy” which is signed on behalf of Cathay and which provides the Insured’s individual particulars and the conditions specifically applying in addition to or in amendment of the standard terms and conditions of the Policy.

  • NOTIFICATION OF A TERMINAL PROGNOSIS CLAIM Upon confirmation of a Terminal Prognosis of less than 12 months by a medical practitioner, notification should be made in writing to the Company at its address shown in the Schedule to the Policy.

  • The benefit under the Section is limited to the Sum Insured as specified in the Schedule to the Policy.

  • In case of the Insured / Insured Person, at the address given in the Schedule to the Policy.

  • BENEFIT 6- LOSS OF CHECKED IN BAGGAGE The Company shall pay the Insured for the sum as mentioned against this Benefit 6 in Part I of the Schedule to the Policy for value of the Checked-In Baggage lost whilst in custody of the Common Carrier during the Trip covered hereunder.

  • The Company’s liability under this Benefit shall not exceed the Sum Insured as specified in Part I of the Schedule to the Policy.

  • During the Policy Period, the Insured Person(s) should possess all legal ownership rights with regard to the agricultural land and crop cultivated as specified in the Schedule to the Policy.

  • The most Insurers will pay for all claims resulting from one or more events arising at the same time or from the same cause is 26.000,00 € or such other amount stated in the Schedule to the Policy or as may be agreed by Insurers.

  • C Contracting Purchaser’s Interest If at the time of any insured Damage You will have exchanged contracts (or missives concluded) to sell Your interest in any Building insured the purchaser will, with Your written consent, be included as a co-insured in the Schedule to the Policy from the date of exchange (or conclusion of missives) and will be entitled to the benefit of the insurance on Sections 1 and 2 under this Policy in respect of such Damage.

  • Date of Issue refers to the date of issue of the Policy as set out in the Schedule to the Policy.

  • Schedule TO shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Current Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3.

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports (other than confidential material change reports), business acquisition reports or other documents issued by the Corporation after the Execution Time which are, or are deemed to be, pursuant to applicable Securities Laws, incorporated by reference into the Final Prospectuses or any Prospectus Amendment;

  • Company Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 3.4(g) of the Agreement.

  • Purchaser Disclosure Schedule means the schedule (dated as of the date of the Agreement) delivered to Seller and the Members by the Purchaser, a copy of which is attached to this Agreement.

  • Public Filings means the reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents filed by the Company or Bezeq with the SEC or the ISA, as applicable, and publically available at least two (2) Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by the Purchaser to the Company at the time of execution hereof.

  • insider report means a statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 16 of the Exchange Act (or any successor provisions), by a person who is a director of the Corporation or who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent of the shares of the Corporation.

  • Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Buyer Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated as of the date hereof delivered by Buyer to Seller in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Information Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6.

  • Buyer Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by Buyer to Seller concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Company Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.08(a).

  • Seller Disclosure Letter means the Seller Disclosure Letter attached hereto, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Seller to Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.

  • Seller Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by Seller to Purchaser contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of the Agreement.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Disclosure Document means any registration statement (including the Form 10) filed with the SEC by or on behalf of any Party or any member of its Group, and also includes any information statement (including the Information Statement), prospectus, offering memorandum, offering circular, periodic report or similar disclosure document, whether or not filed with the SEC or any other Governmental Authority, in each case that describes the Separation or the Distribution or the SpinCo Group or primarily relates to the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Schedule 14D-9 has the meaning set forth in Section 1.02(a).

  • Schedule 13E-3 has the meaning specified in Section 4.2(a).

  • SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein and the information from the Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders incorporated by reference into the Form 10-K; and (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein.

  • Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Purchaser in the 24 months prior to the date hereof with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws and filed on SEDAR at xxx.xxxxx.xxx;

  • Sellers Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by the Sellers to the Purchaser on the date hereof.

  • Risk Disclosure Statement the risk disclosure statement provided by the Broker to the Client before the opening of the Account and/or from time to time in form prescribed by the SFC from time to time with the current version set out in Part IV;

  • Buyer Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules delivered by Buyer to Seller concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.
