Schedule to the Policy definition

Schedule to the Policy means that part of the Policy entitled “Schedule Referred to in, and forming part of the Policy” which is signed on behalf of QBE Trade Credit and which provides the Insured’s individual particulars and the conditions specifically applying in addition to or in amendment of the standard terms and conditions

Examples of Schedule to the Policy in a sentence

  • Date of Commencement refers to the date of commencement of the Policy as set out in the Schedule to the Policy.

  • It is the Crop which is selected for the insured season in the Defined Area as selected by the Government authority for the crop insurance with the consent of the insurer and which is specifically mentioned in the Schedule to the Policy.

  • The Company hereby agrees, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions herein contained or otherwise expressed herein, to pay to the Insured person or his nominees or his legal heirs, a sum as compensation for any loss occurring during the Period of Insurance as described under different section hereunder, and as specified in Part I of the Schedule to the Policy, but not exceeding the Sum Insured.

  • Contracting purchaser’s interest If at the time of any insured Damage the Insured shall have exchanged contracts (or missives concluded) to sell their interest in any Building insured the purchaser shall, with the written consent of the Insured, be included as a co-insured in the Schedule to the Policy from the date of exchange (or conclusion of missives) and shall be entitled to the benefit of the insurance under this section of the Policy in respect of such Damage.

  • During the Policy Period, the Insured Person(s) should possess all legal ownership rights with regard to the agricultural land and crop cultivated as specified in the Schedule to the Policy.

Related to Schedule to the Policy

  • Schedule TO shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Current Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3.

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Company Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 3.4(g) of the Agreement.

  • Purchaser Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule of Purchaser delivered to Seller in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Public Filings means the reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents filed by the Company or Bezeq with the SEC or the ISA, as applicable, and publically available at least two (2) Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter dated the date of this Agreement and delivered by the Purchaser to the Company with this Agreement.

  • The Policy means any insurance policy held by the Landlord for the Property or the Fixtures and Fittings.

  • Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Buyer Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by Buyer to Seller on the date hereof.

  • Information Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6.

  • Buyer Disclosure Letter means the letter, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Buyer to Seller prior to the execution of this Agreement and identified as the Buyer Disclosure Letter.

  • Company Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.08(a).

  • Seller Disclosure Letter means the letter, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Seller to Buyer prior to the execution of this Agreement and identified as the Seller Disclosure Letter.

  • Disclosure Letters means the Seller Disclosure Letter and the Buyer Disclosure Letter.

  • Seller Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule of Seller delivered to Purchaser in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Disclosure Document means any registration statement (including the Form 10) filed with the SEC by or on behalf of any Party or any member of its Group, and also includes any information statement (including the Information Statement), prospectus, offering memorandum, offering circular, periodic report or similar disclosure document, whether or not filed with the SEC or any other Governmental Authority, in each case that describes the Separation or the Distribution or the SpinCo Group or primarily relates to the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Schedule 14D-9 has the meaning set forth in Section 1.02(a).

  • Schedule 13E-3 has the meaning specified in Section 4.2(a).

  • SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Borrower with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws, including all documents publicly available on the Borrower’s SEDAR profile.

  • Sellers Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by the Sellers to the Purchaser on the date hereof.

  • Risk Disclosure Statement means the document setting out general information in respect of the risks associated with utilising our Services;

  • Buyer Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules of the Buyer, dated as of the date hereof, accompanying this Agreement.

  • Offer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(h).
