Scheduled Employment Termination Date definition

Scheduled Employment Termination Date means the later of (a) the day immediately preceding the fifth anniversary of the Employment Commencement Date or (b) such date as is specified by either the Company or the Executive in a Notice of Termination delivered for the purpose of fixing the scheduled Employment Termination Date, provided the date so specified shall be at least three (3) years after the date such Notice of Termination is so delivered.

  • Employment Termination Date means, with respect to a Participant, the first day upon which the Participant no longer has an employment or service relationship with the Company or any Related Company.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).
