Scheduled Energized Date definition

Scheduled Energized Date means, with respect to a Designated System, such date as indicated in Schedule A to the Product Order that is applicable to such Designated System; which shall be, unless extended pursuant to Section 2.4(b), the date that is twelve (12) months from the Trade Date of such Product Order if the Designated System is a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device or eighteen (18) months from the Trade Date of such Product Order if the Designated System is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.
Scheduled Energized Date means the date that is eighteen (18) months from the Effective Date, as may be extended pursuant to Section 5(b) of the Cover Sheet.” The following is added as Section 1.62.1:

Comp. Stat. 3855/1-56(b).” The following is added as Section 1.61.2:

Examples of Scheduled Energized Date in a sentence

  • Seller’s failure to Energize the Project by the Scheduled Energized Date (or revised Scheduled Energized Date if an extension is granted) shall constitute an Event of Default.

  • Prior to the Scheduled Energized Date, if Seller determines that it will not construct the Project in a timely manner, it shall provide a written notice of that determination to Buyer.

  • If an extension is granted to the Scheduled Energized Date, the revised Scheduled Energized Date shall be specified in an amended Proposed Project Report substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the REC Contract and provided by the IPA to Buyer and Seller.

  • The Scheduled Energized Date shall be the date that is eighteen (18) months from the Effective Date unless extended pursuant to Section 5(b) of this Cover Sheet.

  • The Project must be Energized by the Scheduled Energized Date indicated on the Proposed Project Report substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to this REC Contract.

Related to Scheduled Energized Date

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Scheduled Tribes means such tribes or tribal communities or parts of or groups within, such tribes or tribal communities as are deemed to be Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 342 of the Constitution of India residing in any part of the State of Maharashtra;

  • Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Vapor balance system means a combination of pipes or hoses which create a closed system between the vapor spaces of an unloading tank and a receiving tank such that vapors displaced from the receiving tank are transferred to the tank being unloaded.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Withdrawal Date Any day during the period commencing on the 18th day of the month of the related Distribution Date (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day) and ending on the last Business Day prior to the 21st day of the month of such Distribution Date. The “related Due Date” for any Withdrawal Date is the Due Date immediately preceding the related Distribution Date.
