Scheduled SaaS Maintenance definition

Scheduled SaaS Maintenance means the time (in minutes) during the month, as measured by Contractor, in which access to the SaaS Services is scheduled to be unavailable for use by the City due to planned system maintenance and major version upgrades.
Scheduled SaaS Maintenance means the time (in minutes) during the month, as measured by Contractor, in which access to the SaaS Application(s) is scheduled to be unavailable for use by the City due to planned system maintenance and major version upgrades.

Examples of Scheduled SaaS Maintenance in a sentence

  • Scheduled SaaS Maintenance shall not exceed an average of 4 hours per month over a twelve (12) month period except for major scheduled upgrades.

  • In the event there will be more than thirty (30) minutes down time of any SaaS or Hosted Service components for any reason, including but not limited to, Scheduled SaaS Maintenance or emergency maintenance, Contractor shall provide notice to users by posting a web page that indicates that the site is temporarily unavailable and to please come back later.

  • Other than Scheduled SaaS Maintenance Services as outlined in Section III, emergency maintenance described below, Force Majeure as described in the Agreement and lack of Internet availability as described below, Contractor shall provide uptime to the SaaS Application and Hosted Service to achieve a 99.9% Service Level Availability.

Related to Scheduled SaaS Maintenance

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Time means the time that the System is not in service due to a scheduled activity as defined in this SLA. The scheduled maintenance time would not be during 16X6 timeframe. Further, scheduled maintenance time is planned downtime with the prior permission.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Maintenance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under Section 175A of the CAA, as amended.

Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.
