Scheduled Works Completion Date definition

Scheduled Works Completion Date means the last day of the Connection Works Completion Period, or, any substitute date as otherwise agreed between the Parties;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.
