Scheme Handbook definition

Scheme Handbook means a document which sets out the requirements and how applications to join the Scheme are made. The guide includes details on the standards that are to be achieved and gives details of the inspection checklists that will be used to evaluate each applicant or registrant.
Scheme Handbook means the document titled the Home Appreciation Loan Operational Handbook for the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Home Loans Service attached at Appendix 3 setting out the process and procedures for the delivery of the Scheme.
Scheme Handbook means the document titled the Mortgage Breathing Space Handbook for the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Breathing Space Scheme attached at Appendix 1 setting out the process and procedures for the delivery of the Scheme.

  • CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Operational Manual.

  • PPB Rules means the rules of the Procurement Policy Board as set forth in Title 9 of the Rules of the City of New York (“RCNY”), § 1-01 et seq.

  • DOE Rules means DOE’s energy conservation regulations found in Title 10, Parts 429, 430, and 431 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
