Scottish Trust Property definition

Scottish Trust Property means the Scottish Receivables, the Vehicles relating to such Scottish Receivables and all Collections received in respect of such Scottish Receivables, together with all Ancillary Rights, funds, property, interest, right, title and proceeds, deriving from or relating to such Scottish Receivables (other than Excluded Amounts) held in trust pursuant to a Scottish Declaration of Trust.
Scottish Trust Property means the Scottish Mortgage Loans and the Scottish Mortgages and other Related Security relative thereto brief particulars of which are detailed in the schedule annexed and executed as relative hereto, together with: a) all principal sums (including all Further Advances, Further Draws and Re-Draws), interest and expenses, present or future, comprised therein and secured thereby and the right to demand, recover, receive and give receipts for the same; b) the Seller's whole right and interest in the Mortgaged Properties secured by the said Scottish Mortgages; c) all rights of action of the Seller against any person in connection with any report, valuation, opinion, certificate, consent or other statement of fact or opinion given in connection with any of the said Scottish Mortgage Loans and their Related Security; d) all powers and remedies for enforcing the said Scottish Mortgage Loans and their Related Security and all proceeds resulting therefrom; and e) all other monies, rights, interests, benefits and others pertaining thereto or deriving therefrom, including the benefit and proceeds of any insurance policy pertaining thereto.
Scottish Trust Property means the Scottish Mortgages, brief particulars of which are detailed in the Schedule annexed and executed as relative hereto, and all principal, interest and expenses, including all further advances present and future, comprised therein and secured thereby, together with:-

Examples of Scottish Trust Property in a sentence

  • Except with the prior consent of the Mortgages Trustee and (for so long as each retains any right or interest in the Scottish Trust Property) Funding and the Security Trustee, the Seller shall not be entitled to resign office as a trustee or assume a new trustee or trustees under this deed.

  • This deed and the trust hereby declared and created shall not be varied in any respect without the consent in writing of the Mortgages Trustee or its foresaids and (for so long as each retains any right or interest in the Scottish Trust Property) Funding and the Security Trustee.

Scottish Trust Property means:
