Search File means a file containing Searches;
Search File means a file containing Searches; “US Database” means data records held on MasterCard’s databases relating to Cardholders with cards issued in the United States of America or Canada. Provision of service 4.2 You acknowledge that we provide the Account Updater Service subject to limitations imposed on us by the relevant third party suppliers and that your use of the Account Updater Service is subject to such limitations. 4.3 To use the Account Updater Service, you shall request a Search which is a request that is separate from the Transaction, and, subject to the terms of this part, we shall provide a Response, where there is a Match, to you. You must submit Search Files to us: (i) for the European Database by 3pm GMT in order for the Responses (if any) to be available for collection at 4pm GMT three Business Days later; or (ii) for the US Database by 0530 PST in order for the Responses (if any) to be available for collection at noon three Business Days later. Your obligations 4.5 You agree that you shall only request a Search for your internal business purpose of automatically updating Cardholder data and that you shall not request a Search or otherwise use the Account Updater Service for any other purpose whatsoever.
