Second Completion definition

Second Completion means completion by the parties of their respective obligations in accordance with clauses 4.3 to 4.7 (inclusive)] [Note: insert definition if appropriate];

Second Completion means completion of the sale and purchase of the Second Completion Sale Shares under this Agreement;

• Each of the obligations in clauses 7.1 to 7.3 are interdependent and Second Completion will not occur unless the obligations in clauses 7.1 to 7.3 are complied with and are fully effective.
